Refund policy

Refunds

We will refund you within 30 days of purchase if the item meets the criteria for a refund. Item has to be new, unwashed, and in the original packaging. If the item does not meet the criteria, it will be shipped back with an email confirming why. All items have 30 days to be shipped back in relation to the order date. 

Any discounted item will be a final sale and not eligible for a refund. Hats are not refundable, and all sales are final. 

Refunds may take anywhere from 10-14 days on our end so please be patient.
